For me google blogger is best and it is free of cost as well so i suggest you to make yout blog via google blogger .
Steps
● if you have Gmail ID then simply type on google blogger login .
● the sign in page will be there enter your gmail address and password .
●now blogger will ask blog title , write appropriate title for your blog . ( ex - if you are car blogger then your title should be know your car ) write blog title according to the content you are gonna write.
● and write url as you want , blogger will give you free sub domain `blogspot.com' (ex - knowyourcar.blogspot. com).
